HOW IT WORKS
STEP ONE: Gather inspiration & fill out our custom design form with as much detail as possible! Our design team will then reach out to you within 48 hours with additional information along with an estimate.
STEP TWO: Our designers create digital renderings which we will email to you for review. Now if your time to make edits! We will repeat this process until the design meets your approval.
STEP THREE: Once design is finalized, we will email you a custom invoice to complete your order. Production will begin after the invoice has been paid and takes about 4-5 weeks!
STEP FOUR: Your dream design is complete & on it's way to you ready for your perfect moment! It will be securely mailed with discreet 2-day insured FedEx shipping.

Is my custom design eligible for return or exchange?
Unfortunately, custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange. Each piece is crafted exclusively for you, making it truly one-of-a-kind. If you have concerns about your design, please contact us at dream@davidrosestudio.com.
Can I adjust the center stone size or shape of an existing Davidrose design?
Yes, we’re happy to modify our existing designs to accommodate your preferred center stone size or shape. Please note: these changes will classify as a custom order, which is non-returnable.
Can I use my own stone(s) in a custom or existing Davidrose design?
Yes, we can work with your stones. Exact measurements are required before starting the design process. If you’d like, you can send the stones to us for precise measurement. If they need to be removed from an existing piece, we charge an unsetting.
Can you reuse my gold in a new design?
Unfortunately, reusing customer-supplied gold not something we do.
How long does the custom design process take?
Custom creations typically take 4-8 weeks
Can I choose a different gemstone for an existing design?
Absolutely! We source a wide variety of conflict - free gemstones to make your vision come to life. Please contact us at dream@davidrosestudio.com.
Can my design be created in a different metal?
Yes, we offer custom jewelry in 14k, 18k Gold, platinum. However, options may be limited for materials like cobalt, tungsten or titanium.
Do you only customize engagement rings?

Do I have to base my custom design on a Davidrose style, or can I start from scratch?
You’re welcome to start from scratch! Share your photos, sketches, and ideas with us, and we’ll bring your dream design to life.
