Is my custom design eligible for return or exchange?
The Davidrose Black Friday Sale runs for a limited 24-hour period which starts on 28th November 2025 at 00:00 AM AST and ends at 23:59 PM AST. Once the event ends, prices return to regular retail. We encourage customers to dive in early to secure their favorite pieces.
Can I adjust the center stone size or shape of an existing Davidrose design?

Can I use my own stone(s) in a custom or existing Davidrose design?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our Bermuda studio via DHL. Shipping rates are standard (USA $30, Canada $35, UK $40, Australia $50). Black Friday discounts apply to the jewelry price only; taxes or duties may still apply.
Can you reuse my gold in a new design?
Yes. Customers can choose in-store pickup at our Hamilton showroom. This allows you to collect your Black Friday pieces directly from the creators.
